Managed SA hosting on a fast cloud server, free SSL, daily off-site backups, weekly WordPress core + plugin + theme updates, malware scanning and removal, uptime monitoring, monthly performance check, and 30 minutes of small content tweaks per month. Bigger plans add more dev time and priority support.
If your hosting is purely a server (Afrihost, HetzNer, etc.), you still need someone to handle WordPress updates, backups and security. Plugins break things every month — we make sure they don't break your site or leak your data.
On any Care Plan, hack cleanup is included free. We restore from a clean backup, identify how the entry happened, patch it, harden the site and submit Google reconsideration if needed. Without a plan, hack cleanup typically costs R3,500–R8,000 once-off.
Yes — about half our Care Plan clients came to us after their original developer disappeared or stopped responding. We do a free 24-hour audit, then onboard the site safely and start the plan.
Larger work is quoted upfront at R650/hour for SA clients. Care Plan members get priority queue and 15% off all extra work — no surprise invoices.
